Notebook Pro displays ads via Google AdMob. Ad formats include banner, native, interstitial, and app open ads. AdMob may collect device advertising IDs and IP addresses to serve relevant ads.
COPPA: Because Notebook Pro targets users of all ages (Everyone 3+), we have tagged our ads as child-directed. Google will not serve personalized or interest-based ads to users. Only contextual ads may appear.
GDPR: For users in the European Economic Area, we comply with GDPR by restricting ad personalization for users under the age of consent. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings.
Your notes are stored locally on your device using Isar, an embedded NoSQL database. This database is not accessible to us or any third party without your explicit action.
If you choose to enable cloud backup, your data is securely stored in Firebase Firestore (Google Cloud Platform) with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Your password is never stored on our servers. Authentication is handled securely by Firebase Authentication. You can delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time from the Settings screen within the app.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it immediately.

We retain your account information and cloud-synced notes for as long as your account remains active. You can delete your account and all cloud data at any time. Locally stored notes are retained on your device until you delete them or uninstall the app.
